Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the Qwish platform, or signing up through an institutional partner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One human, one account. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to game the leaderboard will result in score nullification and account suspension.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, collude, or use unauthorized tools during proctored assessments
- Reverse-engineer the scoring model or scrape the leaderboard
- Impersonate another person or institution
- Use Qwish data for purposes other than your own evaluation, hiring, or research with consent
- Harass, dox, or otherwise abuse other users
Intellectual property
Qwish, the Qwish Score methodology, the platform, and the assessment items are owned by Qwish Technologies. You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, projects, profile material).
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share it strictly within the platform for the purpose of running the service.
Fees and refunds
The Student tier is free. Pro Student is billed monthly. Institutional plans are quoted annually.
- Pro Student is cancellable at any time; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
- We offer a 7-day refund on Pro Student for new subscribers, no questions asked.
- Institutional contracts follow the refund terms agreed in the contract.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans and publish historical uptime at trust.qwish.in. We may schedule maintenance with at least 48 hours' notice for non-emergency work.
Limitation of liability
Qwish is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost placements, lost revenue, etc).
None of this limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Qwish after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
